Ingredient:

  • cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 TS fresh turmeric root, grated
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 TS grated fresh ginger root
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • raw honey or sweetener of choice to taste
  • pinch of black pepper (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  2. Serve warm.
