INGREDIENTS

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- kosher salt and black pepper
- ½ head broccoli, cut into florets and stems peeled and sliced
- 150 gr mushrooms, thinly sliced
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
- A handful of pistachio
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce, and ½ teaspoon each salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked broccoli, grilled mushrooms, onion, dill, basil, pistachio, tarragon, and garlic and toss to combine. Good appetite 🙂
