• 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    • teaspoons soy sauce
    • kosher salt and black pepper
    • ½ head broccoli, cut into florets and stems peeled and sliced
    •  150 gr mushrooms, thinly sliced
    • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
    • tablespoon chopped fresh dill
    • tablespoon chopped fresh basil
    • 1tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
    • A handful of pistachio
    • clove garlic, chopped


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce, and ½ teaspoon each salt and pepper.
  2. Add the cooked broccoli, grilled mushrooms, onion, dill, basil, pistachio, tarragon, and garlic and toss to combine. Good appetite 🙂
