- cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 TS fresh turmeric root, grated
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 TS grated fresh ginger root
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- raw honey or sweetener of choice to taste
- pinch of black pepper (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Serve warm.
