OVERNIGHT OATS

Ingredient:

  • 3 TS oat flakes
  • 2 TS flaxseeds
  • 1 TS chia seeds
  • ½ TS hemp powder
  • ½ TS coconut flakes
  • 2 dried plums
  • 5 dl plant-based milk

Directions:

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  2. Close and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight before eating.
  3. Add frozen berries
